If you are an EU consumer and want to resolve a dispute with us out of court, please email info@muxit.io first — we prefer to handle complaints directly.

The European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available. Consumers in the European Economic Area retain the right to seek redress through their national consumer-protection authority and through the courts as described in our Terms.
